2011 Archeus Ltd. is designing the first buildings to the area, Co-op Oulun Priki and the re-use of the old grain silo and mill.

The SOK mill site was designed for conversion for a living area, by both re-using the existing mill, silos and warehouses as well as inserting new buildings.
