The buildings on the small Sahasaari island were extended with small-scale workhsop buildings, which house among other a dance school and arts

In the foreground a new hotel, and in the center the old powerplant that was imagined to be reuse as a space for large events and functions.
The slender apartment buildings were placed so as to respect the landscape and to retain views from the neighbourhood. Parking is placed in the
basements and the street level spaces are retail spaces open to the public.
